You can place a one-time order OR subscribe to automatically receive product every 15, 30, 45 or 60 days. Subscriptions receive a 10% discount off the regular price.
Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled at any time up to 1 business day before next ship date by logging in to your Berri Fit account on the website. Find the subscription in your 'Orders' section, then adjust the frequency or click 'Cancel Subscription.'
If you have not cancelled your subscription, the credit card you provided will be charged for the order on the shipment date.
If you have an account set up, click here to track your order. Sign in and hover over your account settings dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of the page (next to cart icon). Click on "Orders" and you'll see all of your pending and fulfilled orders. From there, you can see if your order is processing, shipped, or delivered.
Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipment notification email, including a package tracking number. Click the tracking number to visit the courier's website where you can keep track of your order.
We'll send you two emails once you make your purchase:
1. Order confirmation: We'll send this email as soon as our system accepts your order, usually within minutes of placement. Please contact us if you haven't received this email and we'll double-check to see if your order is in our system.
2. Shipping confirmation: We'll send this email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. It will come with tracking information so you'll be informed of shipping progress of your order. Depending on the shipping option you choose, it may take a few days to receive this email. If it's been a few weeks and you haven't received your order OR this email, please contact us and we'll look into the issue for you.
Berri Fit is a shelf stable product, not a perishable product like milk or juice. Shelf stable beverages are safe to consume past the recommended use by date, but may experience slight changes in flavor or color as the product ages. However, there's no change to the efficacy of the beverage. If the bottle appears sealed tightly and has no obvious visible off-color or odor when opened, there’s no reason why it cannot be consumed past the recommended usage date on the neck of each bottle.
Under normal conditions, Berri Fit maintains fresh flavor approximately 3-5 days in a refrigerator if tightly capped and refrigerated within 24 hours of opening. Berri Fit should be kept refrigerated or chilled (40 to 60 degrees F.) after opening.
We do not recommend freezing Berri Fit. If frozen or stored below 40 degrees F., the flavor emulsion may be damaged. Freezing doesn't affect the efficacy of the product, only its sensory attributes. More importantly, the content of the bottle may expand under frozen conditions resulting in distortion of the seal integrity of the plastic bottle.
Our plastic bottles do not contain BPA (Bisphenol A). Our bottles are made from what's commonly known as PET (polyethylene terephthalate) #1 and are marked on the bottom of the bottle in the recycling symbol.
Our bottles are made of a lightweight, recyclable plastic and are considered "disposable" packaging. We don’t recommend reusing our bottles for consumption because they can’t be properly sterilized or washed in a hot water cycle of a dishwasher as the plastic may distort and/or shrink.
Every Berri Fit sold helps us promote sustainable organic farming, create jobs in poverty-stricken areas and produce the healthiest ingredients possible with minimal processing. The farmers and producers we work with are also an important part of our project. We work with them directly, and meet with every one of them face-to-face to ensure that the farms where we source our fruit from are kept clean, and working conditions are good for everyone involved. We also help new local farms obtain USDA Organic Certification.

Our goal is to help create awareness about the important causes we care deeply about, including pediatric cancer and GMO labeling laws. Canines for Disabled Kids’s is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that connects disabled children with the service dog that can help them overcome limitations caused by a variety of disabilities.
